Welcome! My goal is to keep you posted of the latest developments at Arbor Ridge at Marietta. We have partnered with Community Bank of the South to get this great community going again. When it's all done, there will be a total of 56 ranch homes along with a clubhouse and pool that is specifically designed and sold to active adults.
First, we have re-landscaped to entrance and installed the gate closing system. The gates will be opened during the day and closed at night. Residents and their guests and emergency personel will be able to get in after the the gates close using pushbutton openers or a special code to enter on the keypad. Emergency personel have a special key that they use for all the gate systems in the County. In the event of a power failure, a battery back up operates the opener!
Now we are finishing up the three homes there, re-painting the interior and putting on the finishing touches on the heating, plumbing, and electrical systems. This includes the clubhouse.The clubhouse will be getting furniture and exercise equipment in a month or so. You will soon see new landscaping being installed arround the homes and clubhouse too.
